I was incredibly honoured to pick up a BMI award last night on behalf of myself and Ed Sheeran for our One Direction song ‘Little Things’ :)

It was a beautiful night at the Dorchester in London, and I was in stellar company with Nile Rodgers, Tim Rice and Van Morrison…

We got a nice mention in The Guardian – apparently ‘British songwriters rule the world’ (The Guardian). I feel so lucky to have the job I’ve always wanted.

If I could have changed one thing about the night, I’d have been wearing a 70’s jumpsuit to go with that huge gold medallion ;)
